He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of youth work, having worked as a facilitator and trainer in several national and international projects. As a chef and baker-confectioner, he is also responsible for catering during the projects. His areas of expertise are equine and outdoor activities, as well as rope-based tasks.

She is a regular trainer and facilitator in several of our projects, and a group leader at youth exchanges. She has been an active participant in our projects for almost 10 years, where in addition to her facilitator and trainer roles, she also provides medical support. As a therapist, she supports and mentors participants whenever needed.

She has been our active trainer and facilitator for almost 10 years, gaining extensive experience during this time. As a geography teacher, she is particularly responsible for orientation in outdoor projects, but she also enjoys leading astronomy- and hiking-related activities.

He began working with our organization as a trainer and facilitator, having previously taken part in several international training courses through us, where he developed his skills in the field of non-formal education. His areas of expertise are gardening, citybound activities, as well as cultural and musical programs.

She began with her own experiences in our organization, first participating in several projects, then becoming a group leader and facilitator. She regularly trains herself and takes part in an increasing number of activities.

Media professional, television program producer, cultural heritage enthusiast, equestrian expert
He grew up alongside our organization and has been present in our projects from the very beginning — first as a participant, later as a facilitator, and now also as a media professional. He is responsible for dissemination, photography, videos, and their distribution. In addition, as a traditional archer and horseman, he regularly leads activities during the projects.

I am Veronika Lajos (PhD), Associate Professor at the Department of Cultural and Visual Anthropology at the University of Miskolc, sociocultural anthropologist, ethnographer, and trainer. In both my training work and in higher education, I consider it important to create experiential learning situations, to strengthen the connections between civil society and education, as well as to engage in continuous self-development and reflection. I am learning cross-country horseback riding, I have returned to contemporary dance, and I can also waterski.
